Sales Consultants
Experienced sales consultants will lead you through the furniture buying and installation process with ease. They are familiar with the product and the industry and can offer creative solutions and answers to any obstacle that you may face.

You can be confident that your sales consultant will be there for you after the sale as well, to help handle any service issue that may arise during the long life of your office furniture purchase.

A&D Liaisons
A&D liaisons act as a resource to the design community and help designers to be successful. Our A&D liaisons provide the specific support that you need for any situation and have worked within the design community, so they understand the importance of communication and the sense of urgency that comes along with a large project. The A&D liaison is here to assist you, whether it is meeting with you on specifications, providing product samples and recommendations, or ordering fabric and finish samples.


Project Management
A project manager is appointed to oversee large, detailed jobs. The project manager offers one point of contact between GCOP, the installers and the customer.

A project manager can:
  • work with the customer, installation team and manufacturers to coordinate delivery and installation
  • deliver on-site solutions to problems that arrive during the installation, prepare detailed punch lists and follow up with service issues until the project is complete
  • manage moves and relocations
  • provide on-site facility services
GCOP is one of the few companies to employ its own crew of furniture installers.  Each member of our installation crew is trained and experienced in assembling the products that we sell. This allows us to offer our customers prompt, personalized service since we don’t have to contract out every delivery or installation to a third party.
